In October 2023, Tokyo Saikai Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Setagaya, Tokyo; Chief Executive Officer: Kentaro Kodama) opened the doors to its new showroom, Tokyo Saikai Showcase. Located on the renovated ground floor of the companyʼs headquarters, the showroom was designed by Tokyo-based practice Shingo Masuda + Katsuhisa Otsubo Architects. Exploring the possibilities of a different type of showroom, the design consists of a gallery, designed to host exhibitions, workshops and other events; a workspace for packing and shipping orders; and a garden terrace for enriching connections with the community.
